It's a disgrace to charge that service per ticket.  Hey I don't care, the tickets (1 is for my Mother for her 70th birthday pressie, 2 is for Mr Cinds for his birthday). It's the fact they have suddenly charged £9.75 per ticket plus the postage.  Robbing *insert swear word here*

Cinds

To be fair, it is the service charge that has pissed me off, the last time we bought tickets for George, we paid £150 per ticket for them to get in to the 'Golden Circle' at Wembley, and me not being a George fan, it was amazing.

Cinds

I hate that Cinds. I don't mind paying that amount either for an event, but when they wack on all the extras it grates on me. I'd much rather it was factored in to the price in the first place so that it gives the illusion of being the cost from the start (I'm sure there's a dozen financial/tax issues around it though). I'm doing a daily on-line check of my current account atm to see how many Olympic tickets I've been allocated. I'm really hoping I didn't get all of the ones I requested  but at least they had the grace to only charge £6.00 for 1 X delivery charge.

It's a scam Cinds...drives me crazy,  I wouldn't mind the whole process is automated, Where the service in that, My recent tickets for which I paid £4.95 for delivery arrived 2nd class. It's impossible now to buy tickets with a hefty fee added. Same with hotels now, I was recently charged £5.00 for using a debit card to book a room, I offered to settle the bill when booking out, but they didn't take cash.  had to be done on a card.
