I think I’d feel the same EC ....but when I was growing up ...while I am sure there must have been transgender people I never saw anything about them ,..,and I certainly never met any ...at least I don’t think I did

I obviously had a very sheltered upbringing. I hadn’t knowingly met a gay person - never mind transgender - till I went to work.

Yes ...I can’t imagine what it must be like ...
It must be hard when your son wants to become your daughter, or vice versa but, if I saw the pain and turmoil they were in, I hope I’d be supportive.

Ditto ....although it was much later for me ....I was at uni ...but I do remember a student who went on an exchange in America and came back the opposite gender
