I have already seen Daffodil stalks pushing through the grass.

I've got early and later species of daffs,early ones are a good six inches through with buds showing too.Dutch Iris leaves are a good twelve inches through,although they don't flower until May/June.My snowdrops are out and crocus and muscari are well through too.Spring is definitely getting earlier.
