Those truly Arctic animals up here could be in trouble if climate change heats up their environment.

Scottish mountain hares are culled up here due to the fact they eat gamebirds food sources.Or so hunting estates say.There have been no scientific counting / studies of their numbers,to see if this is so.Time the Scottish govt.stood up to estates and their game keepers that are slaughtering our wildlife.Feckin' makes me mad!😠

I'll have to watch at 10 now too. Hubby has just come home and is looking for food!

Hen Harrier persecution,again game estates.All birds of prey are protected species' but game keepers etc are still trapping and poisoning them .They deny it of course,the laws need changing,slap on the wrist punishments are useless.😡
