I think Ros was watching , but she probably thought no one else was By the way, I keep forgetting to ask how Mr EFFT is doing ?

He's doing very well, thanks. Today he had his first fully submerged bath. Got on fine until trying to get out as his weakened legs couldn't produce sufficient force to prevent his feet from slipping on the wet surface of the bath. However once we had let the water run away we put a towel on the surface and that gave him enough grip to get up and climb out!

Awwww bless him He has my sympathy â€Ķ.I had the same problem with my ankle I found it helps if I put a folded flannel on each side of the bath so I can push up with my hands/arms , so I don’t slip , and rather than having to push up with my legs so much â€Ķ.
