Last year the tiddlers saw one in my garden and it was a pretty colour but Iβm not overly keen on them

yes they were in and out all the time but its the first year the babies appear to have stayed around

Iβve got sparrows with their babies. Itβs quite funny because mum has obviously decided they are big enough to feed themselves but one baby insists on cheeping and flapping his wings like mad to get her to feed him (I just know itβs a lazy boyπ) but mum is having none of it.

I donβt mind when she is talking about boring things like worms but when they are featuring animals like beavers, I want to be able to listen but I canβt listen to her.

Once my buddleia is in bloom, I usually see quite a few.

yes they flock around buddlia -gotgeous -have seen a couple but not many when it was very hot-loads of bees on my hebe though

No, they split up quite a few years ago but he was around while she was growing up and they have a very strong stepfather/stepdaughter relationship. I imagine it was Chris who sparked her interest in becoming a naturalist.
