Last weekend I had a visit from two friends who came up from Birmingham (one had a valid reason, checking on his late dad's empty house). We met in the Peace Gardens, had a coffee (all at a 2m distance). My friends partner is a keen photographer, he was taking photos of some flowers and I said, that's an Allium.

 

Proper impressed they were.

 I’m not allowed out at all (apart from my hospital visits for treatment) as I’m in the high risk category 

I'm surprised honey bees love the warmer weather, especially in that thick stripey jumper they wear.!

I’m not going out either Yogi ....it’s just not worth the risk imo

I agree, Baz. I saw a news article today quoting a government minister, saying those who are shielding might need to stay in for a few more months

One in front of kitchen. So big now I cannot see much beyond the tree until the leaves go in winter.

 My patio cherry tree has fruit on - and mad looking little bags to protect them from the birds. I’ll send you a pic

we only go out for food or essentials or  walks and will continue to do so

Awww reminds me of my Dad - he was a great tomato grower

not had that info here but sensible  to do that Drakeford has been good tbf

I don't think they are edible cherries on the tree in front of my flat, but the bird devour them once ripe. I'll try and grab a photo too once the cherries are deep red and ripe. I think I posted some pics of birds eating them a few years back in the 365 thread.

All of mine has been from seed this year. Quite exciting seeing the tiny seedlings popping through.

I could do with watching programmes where they don't reference C-19 using phrases like "...in extraordinary times" or "...the new normal". Or reference C-19 at all.
