We are still here
I had tulips which we inherited with the house. We never lifted the bulbs and each year we got more and more....till Mr Y changed the borders and put down weed preventing membrane and stones. Only the bigger shrubs have survived.

I used to put some in the greenhouse when I was growing tomatoes as they kept the greenfly away but I never have them in planters
