@El Loro Superb.
As a keen 'dabbler' in photography, I was going to look at this article at lunch time, but work got in the way.

Had one when we lived up north. I loved it but Mr Y hated cleaning it out
not keen on Iris -got some geraniums from sainsburys today (with my food shop )but had to queue all down the car park in the rain
I liked the Iris. Great colour.

My dad gave me a rhubarb root last year and I stuck it in the corner of my raised bed. Itâs doing great.
It's Mad Helen !!!
This was posted on the BBC website today, called 'Rush Hour in Sheffield'. It's about a 10 min walk from me. I think I may go take a quick look at the pink petals before they are all gone.

gorgeous but agree-got three cherry trees on the green near us but the petals don't last long

I find a tree covered in blossom lifts my spirits
There is a tree outside my kitchen window. It's growing in a rockery and I bet the soil is shocking as when they build the apartments I doubt they conditioned the soil. It has had no attention over the years, just left to it's own devices.!
Blossom is great tho.

yes we are doing the same- growing veg from seed - usually buy plugs except for radish and rocket
