Monty says you can use old compost if you still have it 

Now that is a laborious job, but quite nice if you have the time and don't mind relaxing into it.

Once I can walk without the walker I’m going to plant those seeds ,that came with the flowers you all sent , in Mr Bs flower bed

thanks yogi -we have taken up a raised bed and  kept one but we go ta large trug and it is only a quarter full with compost -thank you though will dig around unused pots

They look quite pretty 

If they don’t like a cold, wet winter, they won’t survive up here 

Do you think she may put some parsley, rosemary and sage in with it?

I have been catching up on some of Monty's round the world garden trips. Very good indeed.

Don’t like all those grasses ....and it’s nothing like a paradise garden imo

I know why they do these 'heavily planted' small gardens in London. It's so urban, they want to see nothing but greenery.
