Damson Jam - I'm now hungry

Not had it in years ....but used to like it ......and Mr Bs Aunty had a damson tree in her garden that she used to make jam from

My dad tells me, if you have mice in the garden you won’t have rats (he might be telling me porkies) anyway, I’m hoping the mouse stays around.

Bramble jelly, strawberry jam, lemon curd, orange marmalade...I love jams

we have a lilac tree and a sort of eco area underneath it at the end of the garden and they seem to be around there
