Yes, I wish our park was nearer ....I used to love going for a walk around there 

IMO, there is no doubt that nature, beautiful scenery and gardening have a beneficial effect on our mental health.

I think most of us would love to be out in nature, but we are stuck in the unending loop of mortgages, bills, Strictly ....
