Far too much faffing around. I like, "plant, water and grow".
I like the water vortex. I like water features for gardens.

Yes, I've grown them in the past ...but not for a few years
By the look of the weather forecast, I won't need to do any watering tomorrow.

*pauses, looks to camera* Hello
Yes!!!! A Gardeners World thread. I've moved on from BB & now series link gardening shows. I love Monty.
Not that I've done much in the garden this year, but I have managed to grow these beauties in pots. It's an Allium Universe. The head of it is about the size of a small football.

That's a whopper, Cinds.
I'm going to attempt to dry the flower heads once they start fading.

Wow ...that's beautiful Cindy
Next Friday the 16th is a major episode as it's the 50th anniversary of Gardeners' World.
One of the early presenters was Percy Thrower. This is a very old gardening programme by him. It seems to be made before Gardeners' World started. the Huntlet Film Archives date it as 1950 on their site. You will probably need to increase the volume to be able to hear him as it's a lot quieter than normal.

Thanks El, I'll check that out later.
