When I get into it I can usually stick to it. Been of confectionary for nearly three weeks.

 

I am having a daily portion of strawberries, blueberries and grapes as a mid morning snack.

Breakfast is a couple of slices of toast.

Lunch is a chicken salad.

Nuts in afternoon as a snack

Light evening meal no later than 7:30

 

Also trying to get more sleep and up the exercise.
