Looks like it to me 

The worst thing about littering is that it is so easy to keep hold of your rubbish until you reach a bin. I even pop my waste in my backpack until I get home. It's such a lazy act to throw litter on the floor.

I totally agree EC ....I was brought up on the ethos that you don’t litter
