Can somebody explain the game to me please. Is it just one film's description or a combination of two?

The question describes the first film then the second film. The answer shows that the title of the first film ends with the beginning of the second.

Using my recent question as an example. A man is sent on a mission to kill someone who is considered insane is a description of Apocalypse Now. The spinster blossoms under therapy etc is a description of Now Voyager. Now is the end of the first film and the beginning of the second.
