i do it every 4 months
i mean a proper clean out
iv just found a lettuce stuck to the back of me fridge
im an idiot what a time to start it

My fridge is one of those rubbish little integrated things though so I have to clean it properly regularly or it will be a major hassle. I'm moving house next month and I'll be glad to see the back of it. I'm gonna get a great big freestanding fridge for my shiny new kitchen.

About once a month, but do sort it out before i go shopping every week, the freezer on the other hand has needed defrosting for about the last 2 months and i still haven't done it

Give it a wipe down every few days,a good clean about once a month.It automatically defrosts etc.
