I think the reason it looks like he is pointing it out so often is because we are watching an edited version of BB... and I would think being nominated so often is hurting him, even if he says he's ok about it

He makes out that he's the only one who knows wha't's going off.
I think he just needs to have some fun and enjoy himself more.
Not let them get him down. harder said than done I know.

I would say we are in the minority I would blow my top if he came up to me every two minutes going on about why he is not liked, and I am very laid back and I believe he would make me snap,he is instigating a lot of the arguements about himself perhaps that is his intention,I am seriously starting to believe he is a plant in the house and not a proper HM ,that would be so funny Big Grin

Difficult to have fun and enjoy yourself when most of the house either ignore you, exclude you or slag you off.

Totally agree Liverpoollass!! Clapping

I know.
But if they see you looking down they have won.
I wouldn't give them the satisfaction.
They want him to walk.

We haven't seen him looking down (might be the edit), in the DR he was really upbeat to have finally confronted them properly and come out the other side. I think maybe perversely, being in BB will have given him a lot more confidence than he had before.

He`s damned if he does and damned if he doesn`t.
Some of them don`t want to to socialize with him (they actually walk away), yet if he tries maintain any distance he will be criticized.
Perhaps it depends what one is looking for in a housemate.
I thought Freddie rather excelled tonight.
Of course it is only natural that we like some housemates and dislike others. That makes the programme fun and it makes the forum fun.
I just happen to be one of those who thinks Freddie is like a breath of fresh air compared to the rest.

I agree. He is overdoing the constant analysis. He should calm down a bit, now he knows they know he's sussed them out for the morons they are.

Freddie is the only one I kind of like in there. But, quite honestly he'd wear my last nerve out with his obsessive need to "talk" the bones off everything.

I know we only see snippets of a whole bigger picture. But it just seems to me that Freddie's always getting in people's faces. He's coming across as a bit of a pest now, tbh.

Having said that, the rest of them are just repulsive characters, especially those 2 imbeciles Lisa & Kris Disappointed

and me Marguerita, he is playing the victim well and it suits hem to do this, he knows how well the underdog does and by hell is he telling us at every opportunity how much of the underdog we should see he is.

Freddie playing it the smart way. Be nice and get your point over.
He very clever, as he hoping by being nice he keeps the public on his side.
But he really doing what lisa doing but in a nicer way.

I can see what you're saying. But he's never going to endear himself to those ignorant numpties.....he may as well just bang his head on the nearest wall, rather than try to rationally discuss anything with them.

He should chill just a little bit, and let them get on with it. He's mentally strong enough to do that, I think.

I agree.

I agree that would be a better option.

But when you're stuck with those people and only those people, it's harder to do than say.

I agree....as you say we are only seeing snippets but for all we know he could have be like that from day 1...I just dont buy this classism sh*t....he is obviously very irritating....And for so many of them to constantly nominate him week after week he must be doing something wrong

It's got to be really difficult to chill when you're surounded by people who so obviously dislike you. If they hadn't been nominating him so much, he wouldn't feel the need to assert himself. If he didn't assert himself, we'd think of him as a cowardly numpty. What is he supposed to do? Smiler

Just ignore them, speak to them when he has too.
They don't listen to him anyway.

He's no fool, Col. And I'd bet that he's figured out the main reason he's been saved from being booted out so many times must be down to how they're ostracising him.

What should he do? It's a tough one, but what I'd do is be encouraged by the knowledge that the public are clearly seeing what's going on. And I'd relax - no point arguing endlessly with mutinous resentful fools, is there? Laugh

When I came back from France, I had to live with my daughter for a bit until I got this place. When we had an argument, I felt so awkward, I just wanted to be anywhere but there, now multiply that by 9 (HMs) and his discomfort must be huge. Apart from Marcus and Siavash he has nobody who doesn't immediately attack him when he opens his mouth. I just can't blame him for trying to get to grips with it and keep having it out in the open. He said as much in the DR at the end of the programme. It's easier now to point it out because he's 'put it on the map'. Smiler

Thumbs Up Maruerita I completely agree.... I believe it's part of his plan but for me he's overplayed his hand now.

It's hard to make any judgements based on what BB show us - we know how storylines are manipulated and look very different from what we would see if we have live feed - he's clearly doing stuff that's driving them bonkers ...and we can't know the real picture. If I had to listen 24/7 to the sort of stuff we saw tonight I would have snapped like Karly

Again, can see your point. And that must have been a mega uncomfortable situation for you, Cologne Disappointed

But the difference here is that Freddie is being vindicated by the GBP who, by keeping him in week after week, are supporting him.

Unfortunately there were no cameras in your situation, otherwise we'd probably be voting to boot out your daughter! Laugh

I agree 100%. most of them have someone that they can run to/talk to/feel comfortable with. He's been a long time all alone in there .........you have to admire his tenacity and good grace.

Laugh two women in one household, when was that ever any good.
Back to Freddie, he might be reassured by staying in, but I'm fairly certain he knows that he'll be up again next week, especially after going on about it all week.

He was putting on a huge act in the diaryroom scene at the end of tonight's show. Absolutely acting out of his skin and it was very bad acting too.
