Afternoon Freddie fans. Freddie got rather drunk last night, professed his love for Charlie, waffled beautifully after lights-out, told Kris a few home truths ... and he really enjoyed getting out of his tree by the looks of it.

Awwwh! Bless him. I wish I'd stayed awake for that, I was completely exhausted though, same day hangovers are the worsttt

hi Mary. He had a great old time last night and got well and truly peed. He was mixing with the group a lot, talking to everyone. Later on in the bedroom Noirin and Marcus were chatting under the covers and their voices were the most prominent on the live feed, but I was listening to Freddie in the background and he was telling Kris what he thought of him, but in a nice drolly way and he criticised Kris for his treatment of him. It was hard to understand some of it, but Freddie used his drunken state to get his point across without causing offence.
He also had a brilliant moment in the kitchen, when he was alone. It was one of those asides to the camera ... about being so happy to have stayed in, etc. I taped the live feed and watched it this morning. Fred was on top form. So sorry you missed it Mary but some of it may be on HL show tonight.

I wish he'd stop trying with Kris, there's a story on the C4 site where he's complimenting him and trying to be nice but he might as well just stop bothering because Kris will always be a horror to him

Freddie's very kind nature cannot comprehend how someone so acidic as Kris can exist, and he is rooting around trying to find a glimmer of humanity in him. It is a lost cause, as Kris is just an awful spiteful mean-spirited boy with a snarly attitude and a jealous disposition. We all know what a clever boy Freddie is, and it could be his way of exposing Kris to the viewers - holding his hand out in friendship and getting it pushed away - and confirming what a nasty little boy Kris really is.

I've no idea where he's gone
There's nothing on FB from him either. It is his Summer hols though so he may be camping or just at mates and stuff.
