Afternoon Squiggle and Yogi.    It's not that I don't want to get into BB I just simply have not had the time to watch any programmes and I feel like I'm being left behind!!  Hubby hates me watching so I record the HL shows but then don't have time to watch before the next one comes round.

I saw the thread which says BB is changing noms (not sure if they mean for this week only or all the way through) and my heart sank.  Same old BB trying to manipulate events.  No such thing as "we" decide.

Haven't got the carpet yet Squiggle but it will probably be something light to keep the room looking bright.  Need a quick trip to the carpet store while the room is empty.

Hope to get back later but there's no telling what time hubby is coming home!!

I was very pleased with the one I got from Carpetright Joyron.  Everyone comments about how nice it looks and it is thick and soft (bit like me )

It looks like it is going to be a lovely day, the sun is already shining.

Good morning everyone.  I've woken this morning feeling really bad, with a head full of cold!!  Don't know where it got it from.  Looks as though it will be a cloudy day here and we have a nasty north easterly wind too, which makes it rather cold.

Thank you El Loro for the information about the Flash Player.  I followed the link and think I've installed it okay.  Didn't get any messages saying otherwise.

Thanks to everyone for their thanks on the Player issue , What I find a bit scary is that I only came across this news by chance - just how many millions of people out there who have no idea . I've been busy this morning sending out bulk emails to my contacts (just copy my opening post and paste into email) warning them of this.

And my brand new boiler system has been working providing heat first thing - and it's mid June (And the thermostat is set to 19 degrees C which isn't a high setting & I have decent insulation/cavity wall insulation/double glazing).

El Loro and Squiggle, have you got cold weather?  It is sunny up here today.

Oh dear, we've slipped onto page 2, so here's a little bump.

Not much happening here.  I've spent most of the morning lying in bed.  Hope to speak later.

I feel absolutely lousy Yogi.  My head is full of cold and I cannot stop coughing either!!  It's come on completely out of the blue.  Fine one minute, the next feeling like death warmed up.

Its nice and sunny in North Devon Yogi, grandsons are sunbathing! Joyron have you taken anything for it hun, sounds like you need to be tucked up in bed

Hi Justa, I'm fine - except for Shabby putting my blood pressure.

My mind has substituted scabby for shabby now and I just can't get it out of my head, I shall always think of her as scabby now
