Also, she's mentioned the 'n' word (negativity) and it's just bringing back so many harrowing Bea memories.

It's raining up here. Luckily, middle son cut the grass and weeded the borders for me yesterday, so the garden is looking lovely.
Mary, I'm not sure how much more "Sunshine" I can stand. After all her weeping and wailing yesterday, I think she should be renamed "Downpour".

She is truly awful isn't she! Did you watch her on LF? I was watching from the big reveal of the mole until just before the HL then as soon as the HLs finished and she genuinely was repeating the same sentence that I'd finished on when I started rewatching it and just getting them all to feed her ego and oh my god, I couldn't cope with her if I was in there.

She went on and on like a stuck record, didn't she? You are so right Mary, she is just another Bea. I think it was Brisket who said she is very childlike, and she is.
How on earth is she going to function as a doctor?

Yeah, I definitely agree she's childlike and she's training to be a doctor...I don't understand how these two can go well together. Also, although it is horrible that people may not want you in the house, it's part of Big Brother, it's the main factor of it that you have to survive in there and find people that you don't want in there etc. how is she going to handle nominations if she can't even handle people jokingly putting her name as a mole because they all know it's actually not her? She's an idiot.

If she's nominated this week, we can expect her to go into full meltdown mode.

And then probably to actually go though

Hello everyone.    Just popped in for a very quick visit. 

El Loro please don't leave us for such a long time.  I'm sure this thread will remain much as it has been before, with us all talking about what we get up to in RL.  I'm sure talk about the HMs will mostly be confined to the other threads.  Just come in and say hello when you can. 

Hopefully I won't - I did make that post after I saw a rather negative & pointless response to a posting I had made on a different thread. I'm not going to make a riposte to that person (not one of the Fredsters).

Anyway, I have now set up a new thread in the Lounge called The Bird Sanctuary for anyone who's looking for sanctuary from BB. Who knows how it will develop, if at all, but feel free to fly in. My reason is that for the next few weeks, any non-BB thread, outside the World Cup one, is likely to be lost amongst the hundreds of BB threads, so that for instance if I come across some odd news story, I can post it in the Sanctuary without it getting lost.

Hopefully we will all still be here El Loro in this lovely thread and we do look forward to you flying in and chatting.

Hubby is day off today, so I may not be here very much.
I have some marigolds to pot up, apparently they help to repel greenfly from tomato plants. I haven't seen any greenfly yet - I'm just following that boy Scout motto, "Be prepared".

Afternoon everyone.   Hope you are all well.  Hubby has been working from home this morning so I've not been able to get onto the computer until now!!

Pleased to report the decorating is finished.  Room now a lovely shade of yellow, which is good for a north facing room that doesn't get a lot of sunlight.  Hard wood skirtings and window just need a coat of varnish and the new carpet can go down.  Got to wait until next weekend before I can get straight again!!

I've not had a chance to watch any HL shows so I don't really know what's going on.  I just don't seem to be able to get into BB this year, which is sad as it's the last show.

Hope to catch up with you all later. 

Oh Joyron I am surprised you cannot get into BB, I think they are an interesting bunch   Which carpet have you chosen?
