Oh no Squiggle, this means war!

Evening all.  Squiggle, I admire your strength in battling it out about the pension funds.  I would not be able to do that.  After yesterday I'm staying well clear of anything controversial!!!

Well done with the gardening Yogi.  With the osteoarthritis in my knee and hip I cannot do any of that now.  I'm okay with pots but anything that requires bending or kneeling is out for me.

Joyron that's the joy of my speedy weeder, I have arthritis too in similar places and cannot kneel or bend too much but there is no bending with this marvellous tool.  As regards the pension thing this was such a great blow to all the hard-working postal workers, I am just an ordinary voter, not a toff and I resent the class aspect being used as if we are all posh and out for what we can get.  I may not stem the tide but I am going backwards and forwards wiv me bucket

Joyron, I was in Rachel's Fan Club, Squiggle was a Rachel's Angel and you voted for her to win and we were all Freddie fans last year - so I think there is a good chance we might like the same HM this year, too.

Afternoon everyone.  Glad you are all getting good weather.  The sun is shining here and hubby and No.1 son are busy tidying up the garden.

Probably won't be on here again today but will try and catch up again tomorrow.

Of course we are worth it.  Didn't think I would be back but hubby is trying to rescue us from nearly blowing up the barbecue!!  The gas pipe caught fire while the food was cooking.  Good job No.1 son saw what was happening.

Good morning Squiggle and Yogi.  Hope you are well.  What a change in the weather!!  Yesterday it was really hot and sunny but this morning it's cloudy and raining quite hard.

Will try and get back later but hubby's plans my change now that the weather is not so good.  If I don't get back I will be hear tomorrow.

Still no news from Figtree.  I wonder what has happened to her? 

Hi Joyron My hubby is always changing plans at the last minute, it drives me up the wall.
Still no news from Figtree. I am hoping it is computer problems and not health ones which are keeping her away from us.
I've been wondering what has happened to Twee Surgeon, too. She came back for a wee while and then disappeared again. Come back Twee.
Daughter-in-law is coming over for dinner today (son is working), so I may not get back till later tonight. See you all later.
