It seems a lot colder here today despite the fact that the sun has been shining.  I fear we have not seen the last of the cold weather yet.  I just hope it doesn't do any damage to the lovely display of daffodils.

After we have had dinner, middle son is going to go up into the loft to check out the ballcock in the main water tank. I'll let you know how he gets on.

Yogi, you do realise all these problems come about because you take a little time away from home!!!  It always seems to happen to us.  Everything is fine, you go away for a day or two and find problems when you come back!!!

Hope whatever the problem is you get it sorted pronto. 

You could be right, Joyron. But now you've got me worried because we are going away again in April.

Update on the water problem. My hubby (who is normally useless with anything DIY related) was correct in his diagnosis of the problem and my son managed to fix it.

I need to take my car to the garage early tomorrow. The ABS sensor is faulty and needs to be repaired or it won't pass its MOT.

Joyron, it's mostly good news. Bad news is I won't get the car back until tomorrow. Good news is the warranty covers the repair, so we have no bill to pay.

That's good to hear Yogi.  We seem to be following each other around the threads at the moment.  I'm only hear as hubby hasn't rung yet to say what time he will be home for tea!!!

He rang a little while ago to say he will be home for tea at 7.45 pm.  So I suppose I better get on with it!!  It's lovely when we can interact Squiggle.

It's great.  Pity I will have to leave to sort out the tea.  Typical of my husband to bring the end to my fun!!!

We were really lucky, Squiggle, the warranty runs out on Friday.

Poor hubby, he just wants some food.

Normally my experience is things go wrong the day after the warrranty runs out, I'm so glad for you
