Hello Justafriend.  SO pleased to say that all my Christmas present shopping is done (and wrapped)!!!

Cannot stand going to the shops at this time of year.  I hate the New Year sales too.

Justafriend we are nearly in "real" time.  Nice to get a response to something I post within a few minutes (rather that hours).

Don't mean to moan but we seem to be so disjointed (if that's the right word).  Perhaps once CBB starts we might be on here at the same time!!!

i know what you mean Joyron, i think and hope it all gets better once cbb is on lets hope its worth watching and we get some good celebs too.

I, like you, hope we will get some good people this year, but I doubt it.  We will just have to wait and see what, or perhaps I should say who, turns up.!!!

The crowd on IACGMOOH were really good this year (once Katie Price had left).  I didn't watch it before that but grew to like most of the people once she had gone.

We can live in hope.  IF CBB fails, and the last BB next summer too, what will we do?  I cannot stand the thought of not being together with all my BB friends.

Figtree, I think hubby is ready to go back to work on Monday as he is starting to get bored and has been in Grade A Victor Meldrew mode for the last couple of days. Much as I love him, this will be me on Monday morning

Evening all.  Yogi I know just what you mean about waving them off back to work.  I've felt like that so many times.  Victor Meldrew really must be showing himself in all his glory now!!!

Afternoon everyone.  It's been very quiet in here today.  Figtree I'm ticketty!!

My number one son (Paul) went for a check up today and the consultant is happy with his progress.  My number two son (Mark) had a check up last Tuesday (he was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma 2 1/2 years ago) and he is clear at this time.  I am so thankful that things seem to be turning the corner for our family now.

I may not be about much this weekend at it's my husband big "60" birthday on Sunday.  The grandchildren have lots of things planned for him so I may not speak to you all again until Monday.  If I don't I hope you all have a great weekend.

Getting in the Christmas mood, just been to church and the children did a nativity!!! Oh bless, the donkey was bigger than Mary and the shepherds were the tiniest I have ever seen, and the Angels, soooooo sooooo cute!!
