Morning Fredsters Firefox won`t let me post - I`ve tried clearing my cookies but still no joy, so I`m on Internet Explorer and half the smilies are missing

Have you got a lil eye with a red line across it at the bottom of your screen - its a barrier to allowing smilies
You can click on it to allow permissions - but don't ask me more than that

I am on IE and had lost most of my smilies. Lovely Renton directed me to the little eye icon (with the red circle and line through it) at the bottom of my page. If you click on it, you can go in and change your settings so that the smilies and avatars are unblocked on this site. It worked for me.

Hi Fredsters! Lots of waves and hugs for you all!I am going to be brave and try to enter programmes to retrieve my smilies...posting is so grey without them!

Figgers thank you for asking, I am doing OK.  I miss him but I don't feel I've lost him so much as that we are apart at the moment.  I know I will be with him again one day.  The motoring is going great, its a lovely little car and I feel more confident every time I go out in it.  I have stopped turning on the windscreen wipers every time I want to go left and changing gear is becoming automatic again.  How is your weekend shaping up?  I do agree about the smilies, you can't post properly without 'em.

If anyone comes up with a simple explanation as to how to get the similes back then please let me know.  I read the bit about the ey (which I have).  I tried going into it but didn't know what to change to get the smilies back.  If someone can tell me what to do in plain english I would be very grateful.  XXX
