Has anyone got AOL?  I tried to watch BBCiplayer today and it stopped me watching it because it said my ISP wasn't located in the UK.  So I have gone onto Google Chrome tonight and it seems a lot better, both for the Player and for this forum.  I was having problems with my paragraphs, but this new browser seems to have sorted that problem out.  It also seems quicker.  Some of the avatars were not showing yesterday with the AOL browser, but I have all the extras today with this new browser.  I might start using this browser all the time now.

Hi Twee (and everyone) I'm using Firefox and it doesn't seem to give me problems (so far).  I think either FF or Chrome is the way to go for this forum.

hiya all Freddie fans   Squigg, thank you for that advice.  I am still finding the paragraphs are playing up a bit, and the page is over slightly to the right by the scroll bar.  The text seems lighter in shade too.  I will give it another few days and I might take your tip about Firefox.  No harm in giving it a whirl.

I'm just about back in the land of the living now.  Don't know what it was; maybe a virus, but I'm feeling a lot better after a couple of days in bed.  It seems as though quite a few of us have had something wrong recently.

Glad to hear you're feeling better Joyron, there's definitely something funny going about, I feel gritty eyed and tired, and was aching yesterday.  I've been baking a fruit cake as a gift for my friend who's been phoning me every day and I have visitors tomorrow and Wednesday and I just wish I felt like doing any of it, still keep on keeping on.

I KNOW just how you feel.  I'm pleased to say I feel a lot better today, but then I did have two days in bed.  I just did not feel like I belonged to this world and it's not like me to take to the covers.  Luckily enough I was able to do so; I know lots of people out there cannot do this and have to carry on!!!
