hiya darlo looking forward to x factor hoping jamie affro gets through, im not sure about them groups though, on like the 3 girls that were put together.

poor ricky will be devastated if he doesnt make it and im really not sure if i like danyl yet.

Justa,  chickens still laying but they will be moulting soon so we might be eggless for a while!
Darlo re: x factor ,this  must be gut wrenching for the contestants at this stage. But someone has to go!  I don't know what you think but the groups seem to be the weakest of the contestant this year!

Great videos DB, thank you.  It was rather sweet seeing Freddie with his gran and it's great he has put himself up for Parliament.  I would vote for him if I voted Tory!  Mind you, if he put himself up in my town I would change my politics for him to be sure.  A good man makes for a good MP imo.  Never mind the politics.

Ay chickens start losing some of their feathers, not all happily otherwise I would be having to kit them out in little wooly jumpers. This is why chickens generally go to the pie factory when they have completed their first lay! The 6 chicks' that I have had reached that stage so they should in all intents and purpose would have been wrapped in pastry months ago! But I saved them from the chop!

I was a bit tentative at first because I wasn't sure whether it was intruding or not! but because of the fractured element of the forum people that would have showed they cared may not have had  a chance to do so! So I do hope Squiggs Knows I did it for the right reasons.

the thread you started fig reminds me why we come here, we can all come together and look out for each other when things are bad and be sincere about people we have got to know.

fig, I think the number of contributors to the thread tells us something very important about Squiggs as a FM .. over 100 posts sympathising with her on her very sad loss.  Actions sometimes speak louder than words.

There is no doubt that the sympathy expressed will give Squiggs comfort.  You did a very lovely thing.

I agree TS, people showing their sympathies which is really nice and Squiggs can take some comfort in them.

Aww, thanks Twee.  And yes I did.   I may do a blog when I've stopped pinging around here like a loony.  Talk about trying to play 'catch up' - I've never been so "alerted" in all my life!

Cosmo, do a blog and let us know what you were up to.  Alerts?  What are alerts?  Only joking ... I don't get em!  My alert box is empty boo hoo.

I did do a pre-flight blog before I left outlining where I was going.  I suppose I ought to do a more detailed one now I've returned.  I'm just not sure if a long list of food and drinking dens is really of that much interest!

I have just got back from my trip to Blogland.  What a lovely place you went to cosmo, it is breathtaking scenery.  No need to update on the food/drink situation, I can guess

I also loved your music blog.  I really must pay more attention to blogs.  I miss so much.

Truth be told, my brain is not capable of stringing too many sentences together at the moment - plus it'll need piccies (of which I took ZERO); so a googling is required.

Shall I just cut to the chase and say..... Sunshine, Vino and Tapas (lots of), and leave it at that for now?


And yes, blogs:  put aside some time and go investigate as there's some really interesting people out 'there'.
