Hi there Mary. What a hectic day it has been at College for me today.

Whyy so hectic?

We're at a new campus, know my way around now I think but theres been lots of stuff going on and my brain is aching from the English and Maths assessments I had to do, it's going to be busy from this point on but very fun.

What do you do at college btw? I've always wondered.

I'm doing Admin and I enjoy it, how about you?.

I'm doing English lit, drama, art and Psychology and I love doing them!

Thats cool glad you enjoy it, I hope to do Business studies later on but all this extra English and IT qualifications is good right now.

I've had a good day.  Feel I can post my achievements here and no one will laugh!!  I've learnt how to post with a quote (almost) and at last I've managed to get myself a nice picture for my avatar.  Daffodils are my favourite flowers by the way.

Well done, takes some people more time than others but you've managed to do it.

Glad to see you back.  You were SO missed.  I thought I would not get on here but I seem to be mastering things one at a time!!!!  My son would be proud of me (if he only knew what I was doing).    (I can even get some animation - how about that).

People keep saying this, I feel quite flattered. I'd no idea I'd be so missed.

Yeahh it's good! I bet he'd be well proud, I know I'd be if my mum was doing these things. I'm constantly having to do everything for her on the puter

You should be flattered.  Just how long is this thread now??  I feel really at home in here and feel I can post without fearing I will be made a fool of.  If you don't mind me asking how old are you?  I will be 60 years old in November (I've just signed up to get my pension).  The son I mentioned is 33 years old!!!

I love how we can pop in and out of this thread also, but theres lots of chat, pics and videos.

I feel SO old.  What with you and now Mary Bee being so young.  I'm not sure I should be in this thread at all!!!  Thank you for making me feel so welcome.  If I'm too old for you please let me know and I will "fade" away!!!

Don't even think about it!! You've got just as much right to be here as we do, and age is but a number, it doesn't matter even slightly! That's one of the reasons why I like it on here so much, becuase we're all such varying ages.

I'm so glad you said that.  This is a complete new world for me.  I find there are lots of things I cannot do, but eventually I get round to some of them.  I will stay in this thread (where I feel very welcome) and as long as you want me I will be here.

I'm pleased you're going to stay, and I'm sure we'll never not want you here in our little Freddie loving Forum Family

Hope you are all well this fine evening.  Joyron, I am like you .. in the same age bracket, and at times it can be daunting on the Internet in general.  We just have to keep plodding on learning new things every day.  DB and Mary always makes me feel so welcome in here, as do all the other Freddie fans on this lovely thread.

Hello all Fredsters   I've had a few lappy probs today but hopefully they're all sorted now.  It wouldn't be so bad but I called everything a 'wotsit', 'thingy' or 'doo-dah', so trying to talk techie to a boffin is like speaking in alien tongue!
