Be strong Lass. We are not going through anything like Freddie is. And it makes me so sad that people seem to think that if you have a gentle nature you have no right to be in the world. I am trying not to take too seriously some of the comments written on here and elsewhere. We know what is true and what isn't, that's all that matters. If people want to attach and kick Freddy when he is down, then says alot about them as human beings. Stay around after BB finishes though, things will calm down

thanks lass i realy hope freddie stays but at the same time i fear for him it was very distressing to see him like that last night and wait till BBLB tonight if it is anything like last night they will tear him apart

I think last nights HL show will have won Fred a lot of sympathy. Its a pity they did'nt show his talk with Vash and Marcus later on though, where he pulled himself together and was far more positive.

And thank you squigg. Well, we have seen our boy ripped to bits last night and I don't want to ever see such a verbal assassination of anyone like that again. No, not even Lisa deserves something like that.
I watched the live feed on tape this morning. Listening to Bea was interesting, when she approached the delicate topic of class. It seems that Bea has more of a problem about the stately home than even Lisa has. But then that is always the same with the Middle Class isn't it? They envy the class above them for having more money, a bigger house with more bedrooms than their's, they have a much posher accent, etc.
But Freddie, being all the class-above things, also has an Oxford Degree. That is anathema to someone like Bea who can never achieve the higher echelons of the Upper Classes nor gain a Degree from one of the best Universities in the world. She may have gone to Cheltenham Ladies' College, but she has no class, and her parents have tried to buy her class by sending her to a posh school. You cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's lug. They have also failed to teach her how to speak properly to people, unlike Freddie's parents who have brought Freddie up to be a decent human being. And therein lies the secret of Freddie's classy persona. Manners do maketh the man and if you have class as well, then you have won the lottery of life.
