No, I don’t take painkillers because of my ibs …..even when I broke my ankle I only had a couple of painkillers the day after my op .

I meant the gel not the tablets as that is not so intrusive as it doesn't go into the belly

physio told me yesterday it was good to use as it targets the area without you having to digest it.

Aaaww, unfortunately there is no ice cream left, I ate a huge lime greens striped one and enjoyed it.
