Last nights intake consisted mainly of this...

Some distinctly average almonds

Beetroot macaroons
Parmesan choux buns
Curried saffron veloute
Deep fried mussel
Some crappy potato galette

Langoustine ravioli with orange braised endive and langoustine jus

Roast monkfish, ceps, chervil root, salsify (allegedly), potato and rubbishy artichokes

Confited pineapple, star anise mousse in sugar work, horrid vanilla beignets and summat else

Pink grapefruit jelly, passion fruit cream in a caramel tube, vile melon sorbet

Valrhona chocolate mousse, chocolate and caramel mousse in caramel tuiles, milk sorbet.

Orange (+passion fruit?) curd
Chocolate macaroons
Some shortbread thing
Summat Else
Summat else

Washed down with pretty good Champagne (Ruinart), Riesling, Rioja, Tokaji, Frangelico and Calvados.
