Can I just say......having tasted a michelin effort we had a go at the Prune and Armagnac ice cream.

Tasting the mixture before it went in the machine I thought it lacked and I opted to infuse it with some Earl Grey tea.

Soooo, Prune, Armagnac and Earl Grey ice cream.  Truly astounding.  Do try making it, it is amazing....*drools and remembers night*
