To be honest I'm not a fan of cooked salmon either.I'd rather have sea trout or mackerel.A really good fresh grilled mackerel,can't beat it.

as someone who's allergic to eggs and frequently orders sorbet for pudding as there is buga all else on menus, I doubt I'll order it again for fear of someone putting it in

lol, just ask them. Most sorbets don't, some do. It's not so common these days.
