in the beginning of this programme there used to be a rule that if they CDWM thought you were tactically marking, they made you remark - that's long gone now

Yes... I remember that woman who scored everyone really low marks... and they made her re-score........ and I think Pete marked her down cos he got annoyed that she got a bit  uptight about his poking fun at her.....

I have to pop in (went out last night straight after CDWM) and say that I thought that Pete had a fair point when he had a go at the others for their obsession with Dennis. Quite frankly I found it nauseating and a little bit creepy. especially from the older woman. I know he went on a bit but they WERE leaving him out and being quite unpleasant to him.

Having said that I thought he was a bit full of himself (how much of this is edit I don't know - I wish it was still more about the food than the "characters" like it used to be). And why was he in the pub if he had been ill all night - tactical?

I agree with that 100% - whilst a little bit of eccentricity/tension can be amusing when it becomes the whole focal point of the programme it becomes a bit boring and predictable. Other peoples food is never boring and predictable.
