don't talk to me about phone calls - I had 10 successive phone calls from a call centre in India telling me they could get compensation for my accident I've had to ask Virgin media for caller ID so I can choose to refuse 
I HATE those calls....... We've had several lately..... and people telling us we can claim back PPI... and grants for insulation .... and no matter how many times I tell them all not to bother.... to the point of being rude..... they still keep phoning!!!! I always log the numbers (if there are any) cos we have caller display..... but the darn things keep changing

at some stage I'm going to buy truecall - which filters out calls that you don't want or keeps people waiting until you agree to take the call - tis expensive but an investment I shall make some time soon
