another way to stop your pastry not stick to the counter top is to put grease proof paper down and then place your pastry on it, then put another layer of grease proof paper on the top and roll.  That Rachel Khoo from the Parisean kitchen showed us on Monday

his veg offering was dreadful, the pudding was over cooked pastry with cream and strawberries - hardly taxing.  The only decent bit was the starter which was good
