I shouted out to my brother - I bet she's using ordinary peppers as they were scotch bonnets 'sisters'  and I was right    couldn't imagine them eating scotch bonnets 

What was the point of putting the venison in those rig moulds when it all slurped out.....

Presentation darlink - the venison pieces were in a roundish sort of pattern and it was acceptable *in her mind* for the gravy bit to slurp out
