Hi Cosmo Well this place looks we suited for passing trade

evening Cosi   tacky hotel for a tacky area - fits in well then   (shows I know nothing about that London place)

How tacky is that room

It's just so utterly............. vile.  You'd wake up and think you were still in the middle of some horrific nightmare

Bet he lets out at an hourly rate..............

I've not be able to sleep for days and today I kinda fell asleep at the desk where I was working - just got up for this but my head is thumping and I want to go back to bed  

O miserable me, wretched bones in a stressful life (I was reading Euripdes Medea before I fell asleep - don't know if there's any connection)

they all seem to be enjoying the motor museum don't they - not!!!

... and an hour is all I would want there too...

I truly understand - my sleep has been a nightmare of late too.  Can't say I've had the headaches as much though;  are you drinking enough liquids? (daft question but had to be asked)

One thing that does help is if I go away for a few days;  somehow it re-sets my clock.

Hope you can get back into a better routine soon xxx

I have also given up on getting more than a couple hours sleep a night..... been like it for two years now..... but on the plus side , if I do get more than 4 hours at a time I feel great

I think the psychologist and his wife in Somerset are going to be sniffy about everyone else   no duvets is a definite no no

I've been an insomniac since my teens and for years was addicted to zopiclone to help me to sleep and it took me 4 years to get off it and I've been OKish for a while but just lately I can't sleep again 

Ye gads!  he doesn't even have his breakfast cooked on site and it's carried across a car park (hygiene????) and no hot drinks provided 

And that table is a bit small and crowded....

I'd kill him for having no tea ready.  An offence punishable by death

The doc gave me some  tablets.... but they don't seem to work very well, and make me feel the next day..... so I only took a couple of days..... and gave up

I would give him 5 or under on all things....

they shouldn't  have to ask for a duvet, it should be the norm in this day and age
