Ok let me clarify ... It is the short blonde lady's voice that annoys me

from the Sea Shells B & B?  If it's her then yes it grates on me 

Having said she was claustrophobic, couldn't Nancy have given her the room she was going to give to the others?

The dust and hairs are a let down which explains why her establishment hasn't reached gold standard and more stars    waste of time having lovely furnishings if you're going to ruin it because the cleanliness isn't up to scratch.

Those baths/spa are gorgeous 

FGS  £15 isn't much for using the jacuzzi and sauna....

yes.... but having said that she wasn't expecting anyone to be staying in that room....... and yes, I mean the Sea Shells lady..... and I am sure she would have moved her, had she asked...

tbf I do think she has a point - it's a part of the 'experience' so why not include it in the price cos she is charging enough 

It was a foregone conclusion that they were all going to mark her down...... I feel the are perhaps showing some *national* bias....

maybe.... but I would still rather stay there than in Sea Shell with the smoking and where someone else's dogs had slept in the beds...

oh my stars one doesn't have shampoo and conditioner and as one is paying £150 smackeroos one expects them

this is where I get annoyed with this programme because some of them mark down because they think it's too expensive not because they haven't enjoyed the stay

She is very right   as usual, once they've had their time, they sit back and criticise with venom (sometimes) everyone else's efforts.
