I did some homework

 

The Wirral is a peninsular coast that lies opposite Liverpool which can be seen across the river.  It comes under Merseyside (that made up borough) however, until 1970 it formed part of Cheshire hence the reason postcodes are CH and not L  Apparently it has some lovely properties with some very affluent people living there, unfortunately it also has a small underclass (thieves, chavs etc)  therefore, in conclusion, The Wirral is most definitely not Liverpool    I think Barney boots would be proud of my mini essay

 Yes.... you might just have gained a reprieve there Only reason I knew was that it was a mistake I made when I first moved up here...... and I first met my  bestest friend, who is from there
