What is this obsession with all things cup-cake?  They are everywhere.  (I don't call 'em cupcakes anyway - just fairy cakes or buns.  Cupcakes to me are those things where you get four in a box and they have flat tops, chocolate or lemon, and have pleated silver foil cases)
