I was supposed to be going to Paphos with my sister with a day trip to Egypt thrown in but she chickened out with all the trouble in Egypt lately so won't be going anytime soon

That's where we were. We travelled around a fair bit and went to Nicosia where they had just opened the border for the first time in years

There's only the 2 of us going as it's for my 40th, the boy is booked in to the Hotel Granny
That's why we chose Cyprus as it was somewhere neither of us have visited.
