Well .....................it's a buffet but not just finger food (I have people coming from far and wide.

We have sliced beef, ham, prawns, chicken drumstiks and a salmon ............also various salads and new potatoes along with quiches, sausage rolls, little sandwiches, pork pie - cheese and biscuits.

A tower of cup cakes and birthday cake.

I think I'd go with your three as well
