I don't understand the idea of making your own toast like that.  Then again, I don't understand the concept of visiting someplace just to stay in a fantastic B&B?  I would decide on a destination first, then look at accomadation.

Oh, and buses that travel 18 times an hour?  Unless there is a bus station next door, that is a bit of an exageration.
