the poached eggs and scrambled eggs looked fine to me but I agree about the mushrooms they didn't look very good - not lovely but rubbery
Agreed.
The TINNED mushrooms (cos that's what they were) looked insipid, but the rest appeared, from what we briefly saw, ok enough.  Hardly gourmet, but at least not swimming in grease.
Probably - despite the mushrooms - a MOR kind of brekky..?

Booked a table yet, Karma?

As for that B&B programme, that's the first time I've seen it. That common chav twunt with the blonde hair and the dodgy eyebrows and the farm? (she looked like she lived on a farm) - how bloody RUDE is she?! Her house looked manky from the clip I saw - who would want to stay there? Especially with THAT greeting you each morning   It'd be more like doing a prison sentence. Grim!

The old couple (hearing aid fella) I quite liked and the Portuguese fella and his missus seemed ok too.

The Mensa couple, she seemed too eager to please and patronised that old fella by automatically placing them in an adapted room and plonking that yellow thing on the table, surely she'd have been better asking him in confidence if he had any preferences?

I could never run a B&B, I wouldn't have the patience for rude people and everyone would be kicked out within an hour. I can't do all that nicey nicey break my spine put up with any old crap stuff!

But not during the French bits, obviously.
Obviously . My brother in law runs a B&B - he's a funny bugger as is his wife - maybe it's a requirement. TBH - I wouldn't fancy opening up my house to all and sundry.

The blonde woman is a nasty cow -------hope she comes last. The Mensa's are a bit odd and insensitive - I'd have freaked out to be put in that specially adapted room. I have a real soft spot for the old couple they are real traditionalists and the Portuguese guy and his wife do run a lovely B&B - it's between those two hopefully!
