A story that reveals the true meaning of Christmas. The Beene Family has few gifts around the Christmas tree. The children dream of a scrumptious Christmas dinner, but each year it is the same watery soup. They all hope for something really wonderful to happen and the youngest child, Fannie, keeps telling them a miracle is on its way. This miracle, as it turns out, is a hungry homeless woman and a young boy who show up at their door. Their faith-filled mother gives these two hungry people their soup. The children are amazed when the strangers' faces transform from cold and sad to grateful and full of love. The true spirit of Christmas is realized.

Wish C4 had introduced the instant red card from day 1 on this series - surely they should have realised the couples would spread around the yellows as has happened in the past.
