This guy's meal is looking like a disaster at this stage!!!

Bunch of illiterates this week.  

Joe is appalling.... but he does make me laugh..... and he get's up Karen's nose, so that's a plus

The main all looks a bit overcooked to me.....

LOL... thought it looked overcooked. and dry....

Karen does nothing but moan.....! Having said that, I don't like creme brulee

Not a bad result for her, considering nearly everything came out of a packet

When testing penne pasta... ensure the tube is not full of boiling water...

Diced Onion
Bay Leaf

*sweat*

Sliced Garlic
Chopped Lemon Zest
Fennel Seed

*sweat*

Vegetable Stock
Cayenne

*simmer*

Peas
Marscapone

*remove bay leaf....puree....seive...correct seasoning*

Done!  Piece o'piss
