the older woman should be able to boss around this younger "operations" woman, if she is, as she says,...a "know it all"...

if she had been with someone with experience, she would probably have clashed, but the young girl just does what she tells her, as she hasn't a clue...

a big glrls trolley in B and Q when I push it, and the kiddies one in the Pet Shop, when my friend;s grandson pushes the kiddies trolley round the Pet shop, with Dolly sitting in it.
