looking forward to our new series of this next week. So this is a nice taster this afternoon.

Radio Times online says both 4 IN A Bed and CDWM are 2023 series next week.

Good…although I think they will probably  still be social distancing .. ,cos as we know , covid is still around .

gosh I hope not!

I know the rules for on set filming here have been dropped, but not sure about C4.

But whatever, I know we will enjoy a new series and are spoilt as both series are new ones.

perhaps they didn't like what the others said about their place?

No, don’t think so …..they were first …and were there last time I think ….probably something covid related .

yes could be, as this was filmed in 2021, which was at the height of when people had to test for it.

it will be a good job when spring and warm weather arrives, to hopefully knock it on the head again.

Is Ros negative now?

dare I ask how the foot is?

did the cream from the delivery help at all?

Still very swollen ….skin is very tight ….I’ve not tried anything but the cooling gel yet as it’s ok as long as I’m not standing/walking on it ….so I’m trying to get the swelling down …..

glad it is ok whilst sitting, so yes, that is all you can do, is avoid standing/walking as much as possible to get the swelling and tightness to go down.

Trouble is , as I’m on my own , I can’t even have a cuppa if I don’t walk and make it But I’m back to doing what I did when I broke it , and waiting until I can do several things with one visit .
