will probably be a bit behind after 5.30 as son due home then, and then dashes off to rehearsals, so I need to try and get him to eat something. Will use pause and get MrM to help. So will be soon back.

He was walking weird this morning with his bad back, so hope he can manage to eat his tea (he didn't last night).
